1 teaspoon dill, chopped
1 tablespoon FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
7 ounces salmon, cooked in flakes
2 ounces flour
3.5 ounces bread crumbs
3.4 liquid ounces vegetable oil
salt, and pepper to taste
1/2 limes, (juice) for the dressing
8.8 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt, for the dressing
1 tablespoon dill, chopped, for the dressing

Mix the mashed potato, dill, FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt, and cooked salmon.
Season to taste and divide into 6 balls.
Form patties, coat in flour, then in lightly beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Chill for 2 hours.
To serve, fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towels and place on a plate with a tablespoon of dressing.
