Preparation
Mix the mashed potatoes, the dill, the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% and the cooked salmon.
Season to taste and divide into 6 balls.
Form croquettes, pass through the flour, then through the egg slightly beaten and finally through the bread crumbs.
Cool for 2 hours.
To serve, fry the croquettes until golden brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towels and place on a plate with a tablespoon of dressing.
