Crudités with Chipotle Dressing

Crudités are a quick, healthy, and very fresh snack, perfect for those hot days or when you want something light and full of flavor. They are served with a delicious chipotle dressing.

  • 15 teaspoons Hellmann's Light® mayonnaise dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 3 sprigs celery, cleaned and cut into sticks
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seedless, cut into sticks
  • 1 jicama, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chile, ground

  • Mix in a bowl chipotle pepper, Hellmann's Light® Mayonnaise Dressing.
  • Add the milk and Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth.
  • Peel and cut the jicama, carrot, cucumber, and celery into sticks.
  • Place the vegetables on a platter and serve with the dressing.
