The Crudités are a fast, healthy and very fresh snack, perfect for those days that are very hot or that you want something light and full of flavor. They come presented with a delicious chipotle dressing.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 15 teaspoons Hellmann'S Light® mayonnaise dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® chicken bouillon
  • 3 branches celery, disinfected and cut into canes
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seedless cut into canes
  • 1 jicama, peeled and cut into canes
  • 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut into canes
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chile, ground

Preparation

Mix in a chipotle chile saucepan, Hellmann's Light® Mayonnaise Dressing.
Add milk and Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
Peel and cut the jicama, carrot, cucumber and celery into canes.
Place the vegetables on a plate and accompany with the dressing.

PRESENTATION

Presents the crudités is a dish accompanied with the dressing.

TIPS

You can use baby carrots.
