Spinach Dip with Parmesan

An excellent option for gatherings or visits at home, it is very easy and delicious. Perfect to accompany with bread or crackers and snack. Surprise everyone with this Spinach and Parmesan Dip.

  • 142 grams spinach
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 500 milliliters table cream
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

  • Cut the spinach into strips.
  • Heat a pot or pan with the butter and add the finely chopped garlic.
  • Sauté for a few seconds and add the spinach to the pan until it turns a brighter green.
  • In the blender, place the cream cheese and half of the sour cream and blend.
  • Place this mixture in the pot where the spinach, butter, and garlic were sautéed.
  • Cook over medium heat while incorporating 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, the other half of the sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Once the dip takes longer to come together when stirred with a spoon, turn off the heat and it's ready!.
