Chickpea Hummus

  • 1 package Hummus Libanius®
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon tahini sauce
  • 1 lime, just the juice
  • 8 tablespoons water, fry
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons cumin
  • salt

  • In a fine mesh strainer, rinse the canned chickpeas to remove the cooking liquid, let drain.
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend, adding water until you achieve a smooth and silky puree, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
