1 package Hummus Libanius®
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon tahini sauce
1 lime, just the juice
8 tablespoons water, fry
1/4 cups olive oil
1/4 teaspoons cumin
salt

In a fine mesh strainer, rinse the canned chickpeas to remove the cooking liquid, let drain.
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend, adding water until you achieve a smooth and silky puree, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
