5 eggs, cooked and peeled
1 can tuna, drained
1/2 red onions, medium, finely chopped
1 Jalapeño chile, finely chopped
lime juice, about 4 limes
1 tomato, seedless, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch dried oregano
salt, and pepper to taste

Mix the red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut the eggs in half vertically.
Drain the mixture of red onion and jalapeño. Reserve some lime juice for seasoning if necessary.
Combine the tuna, olive oil, tomato, and the mixture of red onion and jalapeño. Season to taste with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Place a bit of the prepared tuna on each half of the egg. Serve cold or warm.
