Ingredients: 5 eggs, cooked and peeled; 1 can tuna, drained; 1/2 red onions, medium, finely chopped; 1 Jalapeño chile, finely chopped; lime juice, about 4 limes; 1 tomato, seedless, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1 pinch dried oregano; salt, and pepper to taste
