2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons salt
11 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tablespoons pepper
1/4 cups kalamata olive
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

In a deep bowl, mix the water, yeast, and sugar. Stir until the yeast and water have completely dissolved. Let the yeast react for 5 minutes.
In an electric mixer, slowly mix the yeast with the flour, salt, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil until a dough is formed.
Increase the mixer speed and beat for another 10 minutes.
Remove the dough, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 2 hours at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Knead the dough with gentle punches and place it in a large glass bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise again for 20 minutes.
With your hands, spread the dough all over the baking dish and add the olives, cheese, and rosemary.
Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and serve.
