Guernica Peppers with Lemon and Salt

  • 20 gernika pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 limes, their juice
  • 2 tablespoons salt

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Put the peppers to cook, mixing well with a wooden spoon so they are evenly coated with oil. Cook until they begin to brown and slightly char (10 minutes).
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and add the lemon juice and salt, mix well.
