Ingredients

2 portions
  • 20 Guernika peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons, its juice
  • 2 tablespoons salt

Preparation

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Put the peppers to cook mixing well with a wooden spoon so that they cover evenly with oil. Cook until they begin to brown and burn lightly (10 minutes).
Remove the pan from the heat and add the lemon juice and salt, mix well.

PRESENTATION

Serve the peppers accompanied by a good tequila.

TIPS

If you can not find peppers this recipe is very rich with chicharo pods.
