Mexican Cheese Dip

This recipe for Mexican Cheese Dip includes Philadelphia cheese, green onions, serrano chili, cilantro, and a touch of cumin. It tastes great and is topped with the sauce. You can serve the cheese dip with tostadas.

  • 1 1/2 cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups green onion, chopped
  • 2 serrano chiles, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • Put all the ingredients except for the sauce in the food processor and process for a few seconds.
  • Prepare a mold for 1 1/2 cups and line it with plastic wrap.
  • Press the mixed cream into the mold to make it compact. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  • Chill for a few hours and unmold. Remove the plastic and serve.
