Chamoy Tacos, Vegetables, and Peanuts

  • 125 grams tamarind pulp
  • 500 grams Miguelito chile powder
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 jicama
  • 200 cracker nuts
  • 100 grams mango, with chili

  • Mix the chamoy (reserve a little to use as a sauce), tamarind, and miguelito until a paste forms. Refrigerate.
  • Form thin circles.
  • Cut the cucumber, carrot, and jicama. Place on the tamarind circle, add peanuts, and drizzle with miguelito.
  • Assemble on a plate as if they were tacos.
