125 grams tamarind pulp
500 grams Miguelito chile powder
1 cucumber
2 carrots
1 jicama
200 cracker nuts
100 grams mango, with chili

Mix the chamoy (reserve a little to use as a sauce), tamarind, and miguelito until a paste forms. Refrigerate.
Form thin circles.
Cut the cucumber, carrot, and jicama. Place on the tamarind circle, add peanuts, and drizzle with miguelito.
Assemble on a plate as if they were tacos.
