5 serrano chiles

1 clove garlic

Heat water in a pot, add the chiles and let it boil.
In a blender, add the peeled garlic, onion, the cooked chiles, and a little of the water used for cooking.
In a skillet, fry the pressed pork cracklings for about 8 minutes, removing the excess fat during cooking.
Add the sauce generated to our pork cracklings and stir. Let it season for 4 minutes.
Serve.
