4 tortillas, (tlayudas)
2 tablespoons lard
1 can refried beans
250 grams queso fresco, grated
1 avocado
2 handfuls fresh cilantro, (the leaves)
1/2 onions, finely chopped
salt
1/2 red onions, sliced
1/4 cecina, or beef tasajo

Spread the lard over the tlayudas.
Heat the beans in a skillet, cook the tasajo on both sides, and add them to the tlayuda.
Sprinkle a little fresh cheese on top of the beans and red onion.
With the help of a molcajete, make the guacamole with avocado, finely chopped onion, and cilantro.
Add the guacamole to the tlayuda and sprinkle a little cilantro on top.
Season with a little salt and heat on a griddle or skillet.
