250 grams provolone cheese
2 tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 bunch basil
salt

Peel the garlic clove and rub it on a clay pot to add flavor.
Dice a tomato into cubes.
Slice the other tomato and season with salt and pepper.
Place the tomato slices on the pot and on top of them the Provolone cheese, then add the diced tomato and basil on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
Remove and serve hot accompanied by baguette bread.
