Mix the oil, lemon juice, and zest in a medium bowl. Lay the prosciutto with 2 centimeters of space between each slice and spread with cream cheese. Place figs on top of the cheese and drizzle the lemon mixture over them. Add salt and pepper.
Starting at the end of the ham, roll it up and cut the roll-ups in half. Insert a toothpick into each for easy handling.
