Asparagus Rolls with Serrano Ham

  • 10 asparagus, with the tough ends cut off
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, Sierra de Gata® *

  • 10 slices serrano ham, Redondo Iglesias® *

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus and place them on a baking tray.
  • Drizzle some olive oil, salt, and pepper on top.
  • Cook the asparagus in the oven until tender, about 15 minutes, and let cool.
  • Wrap each piece of asparagus with half a slice of prosciutto (letting the tips of the asparagus show). Do the same with the remaining asparagus and serve on a plate at room temperature.
