Ingredients

6 portions
  • 10 asparagus, with the hard parts cut
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, Sierra de Gata® *
  • black pepper, Terana® *
  • 10 slices Serrano ham, Redondo Iglesias® *

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Cut the asparagus in the hard part and put in a pan for cooking.
Put a little olive oil, salt and pepper on top.
Cook the asparagus in the oven until soft, about 15 minutes and let cool.
Wrap each piece of asparagus with half a slice of prosciutto (letting the tips of the asparagus appear). Do the same with the rest of the asparagus and serve on a plate at room temperature.
