Heat the pita bread on the griddle until it becomes firm. Remove from heat.
Cut the bread into small pieces in the shape of a triangle. You should get a minimum of 5 pieces per pita bread slice.

Open the can of tuna and mix it with the cream, mayonnaise, and sriracha sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
If you want it to be very spicy, add more sauce.
Set aside in a bowl.
Assembly: Take the triangular piece of pita bread and spread the Hummus Libanus on it. On top of the hummus, add a layer of tuna and shredded carrot. Finally, stick a toothpick with a cube of cream cheese and tomato in the bread. Sprinkle with chives.
