250 grams goat cheese
250 grams serrano ham
2 tablespoons truffle oil
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius.
Stuff the dates with goat cheese.
Wrap each date with a slice of Serrano ham and secure with a toothpick to prevent it from opening while baking.
Place all the dates in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and truffle oil.
Bake for 15 minutes; the important thing is to heat the snack without browning it so that the ham does not cook.
