1/2 cups tahini, (ground sesame paste)
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons coarse salt
1/2 cups lime juice
1 tablespoon cumin powder
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon pine nuts

In a food processor, combine the garlic and coarse salt. Add the tahini and lemon juice, and process.
Remove from the processor and place in a bowl. Season with cumin and salt to taste. The flavor should be sesame with a tangy touch.
