4 Bimbo® toasted bread
2 tomatoes
1/2 yellow onion
20 slices Spanish chorizo
100 milliliters olive oil
10 grams dried oregano
20 grams butter
10 grams ground pepper
15 grams salt flower
Preparation

Cut the tomato in half and add a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano. Roast in the oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
Slice the onion and fry it at low temperature with butter, making sure it doesn’t burn. Season.
Remove the tomato from the oven. Mash it and place it on the toasted bread, then add the chorizo and onion on top.
