The delicious shrimp aguachile recipe is prepared with red onion, jalapeño pepper, and cucumber. The shrimp is cooked with the lime marinade.

5 limes, its juice
1 Jalapeño chile
1/2 red onions, (sliced into rings)
1 cucumber, (sliced)
pepper, to taste

On a large plate, place the shrimp open, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Put the juice of the 5 limes and the jalapeño pepper in the blender and blend finely. Pour the aguachile juice over the shrimp on the plate.
Let it rest for 5 minutes until the shrimp turn pink, serve with rings of red onion and sliced cucumbers.
Variants: You can substitute the chili for any other available.
