The delicious shrimp aguachile recipe is prepared with red onion, jalapeño pepper and cucumber. The shrimp is cooked with the lemon marinade.

5 limes, its juice
1 Jalapeño chile
1/2 red onions, (cut into rings)
1 cucumber, (cut into slices)
pepper, to taste

In a large plate place the open shrimp, add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the juice of the 5 lemons and the jalapeño pepper in the blender and blend finely. pour the Aguachile juice onto the shrimp that are on the plate.
Let stand for 5 minutes until the shrimp turn pink, accompany with purple onion rings and sliced cucumbers.
Variants: You can change the chili for any other available.
