Preparation
In an extensive dish place the shrimp open, add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the juice of the 5 lemons and the jalapeño pepper in the blender and liquefy finely. Empty the Aguachile juice to the shrimp that are on the plate.
Let rest for 5 minutes until the shrimp turn pink, accompany with rings of purple onion and sliced cucumbers.
Variants: You can change the chili for any other available.
