Enjoy these bacon-wrapped shrimp fried without oil thanks to T-Fal® Easy Fry, which will make your food a healthy and crispy way to cook. Prepare them as a snack or as a main dish, you will love them!
3 tablespoons lime juice, seedless, for the dressing
2 allspice berries, for the dressing
500 grams shrimp, large and clean, with tail
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
2 tablespoons honey
salt
pepper

cilantro

For the dressing, blend sour cream with mayonnaise, chipotle, garlic, scallions, cilantro, lemon juice, and allspice until combined. Set aside until use.
Place the shrimp in a bowl, add garlic powder, paprika, scallions, honey, salt, and pepper, and mix until combined.
Lay a slice of bacon flat on a surface or cutting board, place a shrimp at the end of the slice, and wrap until covered. Repeat until all shrimp are wrapped. Set aside.
Fry the shrimp in the T-Fal® Easy Fry for 5 minutes at 200° C.
Once the shrimp are fried, serve on a platter with chipotle dressing, garnish with cilantro, and accompany with yellow lemon.
