1/2 kilos fish, of your choice for ceviche
3 tomatoes
2 onions
fresh cilantro
3 Habanero chiles
chile powder, tajin
salt, to taste

Let the ceviche cook in lime juice overnight.
Chop the onions, cucumber, and tomato into small cubes. Also chop the cilantro and habanero pepper.
Pour everything into a deep bowl, add the tajin chili powder, salt to taste, and mix it well.
