Ceviche

Classic ceviche for a warm season. Made with fish and the typical ingredients to add flavor; onion, tomato, chili, tomato, etc.

  • 1/2 kilos fish, of your choice for ceviche
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • fresh cilantro
  • 3 Habanero chiles
  • chile powder, tajin
  • salt, to taste
  • limes
  • cucumbers
  • tostadas
  • avocados

  • Let the ceviche cook in lime juice overnight.
  • Chop the onions, cucumber, and tomato into small cubes. Also chop the cilantro and habanero pepper.
  • Pour everything into a deep bowl, add the tajin chili powder, salt to taste, and mix it well.
