Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos fish, the one of your preference for ceviche
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • fresh coriander
  • 3 habanero peppers
  • chili peppers, tajin (powder)
  • salt, to taste
  • lemons
  • cucumbers
  • fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • Avocado from Mexico

Preparation

Boil the ceviche in lemon overnight.
Chop the onions, cucumber and tomato in small squares. Also cilantro and habanero pepper.
Empty everything in a deep bowl, add the tajin chili (powder), salt to taste and stir it.

PRESENTATION

Serve the ceviche toast on an extended plate, and chop a few slices of avocado and put them on top.

TIPS

Have at hand, captsup and chile de botella to accompany! And a rich flavored water or a beer.

La receta de asemeja un poquísimo no es tan correcta pero en la cocina nada lo es... Igual se ve muy bien...
