Classic ceviche for a hot season. Made with fish and the typical ingredients for flavor; onion, tomato, chili, tomato, etc.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos fish, the one of your preference for ceviche
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • fresh coriander
  • 3 habanero peppers
  • chilis, tajin (powder)
  • salt, to taste
  • lemons
  • cucumbers
  • tostadas corn
  • avocados from Mexico

Preparation

Cook the ceviche in lemon overnight.
Dice the onions, cucumber and tomato. Also coriander and habanero pepper.
Empty everything into a deep bowl, add the tajin chili (powder), salt to taste and stir.

PRESENTATION

Serve the ceviche tostada on an extended plate, and chop a few slices of avocado and put them on top.

TIPS

Have on hand, captsup and bottle chili to accompany !!! And a rich flavored water or a beer.

La receta de asemeja un poquísimo no es tan correcta pero en la cocina nada lo es... Igual se ve muy bien...
