750 grams white fish, boneless and skinless
400 grams pineapple, in cubes
1 red onion, in thin slices
3 serrano chiles, chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
12 limes, (its juice)
1/2 cups corn kernels
1 avocado, in cubes

Cut the fish into cubes and cover it with lime juice for 8 minutes.
Cook the corn kernels in water with a pinch of salt.
Add the onion and pineapple to the fish for another 10 minutes.
After the time is up, drain the lime juice.
Add the corn kernels, cilantro, avocado, onion, and chili to the fish.
