Give your classic ceviche a twist with this recipe for Fish Ceviche with Pineapple that tastes delicious and you will not be able to resist the combination of fish with pineapple.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 750 grams white fish, without thorns and without skin
  • 400 grams pineapple, in cubes
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 green peppers, chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
  • 12 limes, (its juice)
  • 1/2 cups corn grain
  • 1 avocado, in cubes

Preparation

Cut the fish into cubes and cover with the lemon juice for 8 min.
Cook the corn kernels in water with a pinch of salt.
Add the onion and pineapple to the fish for 10 more minutes.
After time, drain the lemon.
Add the corn kernels, cilantro, avocado, onion and chili to the fish.
