Fish Ceviche with Tamarind

  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 1 envelope Knorr® tamarind and Pasilla chili flavors
  • 1 tomato, medium, chopped
  • 1/4 cups white onion, chopped
  • 2 cuaresmeño chiles, chopped and seedless
  • 1/4 cups lime juice

  • Heat enough water in a saucepan and boil the fish for 5 minutes, drain, and cool.
  • Mix the fish with the contents of the Knorr® Tamarind and Pasilla Chile flavoring packet.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Serve.
