4 white fish fillets
1 envelope Knorr® tamarind and Pasilla chili flavors
1 tomato, medium, chopped
1/4 cups white onion, chopped
2 cuaresmeño chiles, chopped and seedless
1/4 cups lime juice

Heat enough water in a saucepan and boil the fish for 5 minutes, drain, and cool.
Mix the fish with the contents of the Knorr® Tamarind and Pasilla Chile flavoring packet.
Add the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Serve.
