Stuffed puff pastry is always delicious, especially if you can make an easy recipe with the leftovers from the night before; the combination of puff pastry filled with cod in Vizcaína sauce served with güero chili will delight you.
1/4 cups wheat flour, for rolling out the puff pastry
1 egg, for brushing
cod, without liquid, for filling
fresh thyme
cherry tomato
olives, for decoration
salad, for serving

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
On a clean surface, sprinkle flour and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough, cut to obtain a square, fill with cod on one half, brush with egg, and fold to close.
Roll out more puff pastry and cut thick strips for decoration, brush the previous preparation with beaten egg and form a lattice. Brush the lattice and bake for 40 minutes.
Cut, serve, and enjoy.
