500 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
2 tablespoons curry powder
1/2 tablespoons cumin
1/2 tablespoons ground cilantro
3/4 cups fresh cream
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoons pepper
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

In a medium pot, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Sauté the garlic, ginger, curry, cumin, and ground cilantro for 1 minute.
Add the cream and salt to the mixture and cook on high heat for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat and add the shrimp, pepper, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the shrimp to the curry sauce and mix well.
