Preparation
In a medium saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Brown garlic, ginger, curry, cumin and cilantro powder for 1 minute.
Add the cream and salt to the mixture and cook over high heat for 5 minutes or until the sauce is thick.
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat and add the shrimp, pepper and a pinch of salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the shrimp to the curry sauce and mix well.
