Fish Fillet with Mushrooms

A delicious fish fillet with mushrooms on a bed of rice.

  • 4 golden fish, (cod type) 250 g each
  • 2 portobello mushroom, finely sliced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or truffle oil
  • pepper, to taste

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking spray.
  • Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and rub the garlic clove over them.
  • Cook each fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Add the mushrooms; they will cook quickly since they are finely sliced.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat, plate, and drizzle with a little olive oil or truffle oil.
