Fish Fillet with Mushrooms

4 golden fish, (cod type) 250 g each
2 portobello mushroom, finely sliced
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil, or truffle oil
pepper, to taste

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking spray.
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and rub the garlic clove over them.
Cook each fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Add the mushrooms; they will cook quickly since they are finely sliced.
Remove the skillet from the heat, plate, and drizzle with a little olive oil or truffle oil.
