A rich fish fillet with mushrooms on a bed of rice.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 golden fish, (cod type) of 250 gc / u
  • 2 portobellos mushrooms, finely sliced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or truffle oil
  • to taste black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cover with vegetable spray.
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and dip the clove of garlic over them.
Cook each steak 3-4 minutes on each side.
Add the mushrooms, these will cook quickly to be cut finely.
Remove the pan from the heat, add it and cover with a little olive or truffle oil.

PRESENTATION

To place a bed of rice, over it the fish fillet and on the fillet the mushrooms. You can decorate the dish with a reduction of balsamic oil.

TIPS

Accompany this dish with a Chardonnay wine.
