Preparation
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cover with vegetable spray.
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and dip the clove of garlic over them.
Cook each steak 3-4 minutes on each side.
Add the mushrooms, these will cook quickly to be cut finely.
Remove the pan from the heat, add it and cover with a little olive or truffle oil.
