Fish Fillet with Puttanesca Sauce

  • 4 sea bass fillet, (180 grams each)
  • 2 cups cherry tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cups black olives
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 1 lime, its juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons anchovy, chopped or anchovy paste
  • 1 tablespoon peperoncino, Italian pepper flakes

  • Preheat a skillet or grill over medium heat.
  • With your hands, rub a little olive oil on the fish fillets and season with salt and pepper. Cook the fillets for 5 minutes on each side and remove from the pan.
  • While the fillets are cooking, in a deep bowl, mix the tomato, parsley, olives, capers, lemon, garlic, anchovies, pepper, and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the fish fillets topped with the fresh puttanesca sauce.
