Mix EMBASA® Tomato Sauce for Dressing, salt, pepper, garlic cloves, crushed chili, and green onion stalk in a bowl and combine perfectly. Set aside.
Add a little oil to a sheet of aluminum foil, place the pineapple slices and the fish, season with salt and pepper, brush with the EMBASA® Tomato Sauce for Dressing mixture, and add the sliced green onions, then close the aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes or until well cooked.
Serve the baked fish and accompany with white rice.
