Baked Fish in Foil

This delicious fish is the best option to pamper the family during Lent with the incredible flavor of EMBASA® Tomato Sauce for Dressing.

  • 1 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce for Seasoning EMBASA®
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon broken chile
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • pineapple, sliced
  • 2 mojarra fish, cleaned

  • Mix EMBASA® Tomato Sauce for Dressing, salt, pepper, garlic cloves, crushed chili, and green onion stalk in a bowl and combine perfectly. Set aside.
  • Add a little oil to a sheet of aluminum foil, place the pineapple slices and the fish, season with salt and pepper, brush with the EMBASA® Tomato Sauce for Dressing mixture, and add the sliced green onions, then close the aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes or until well cooked.
  • Serve the baked fish and accompany with white rice.
