Mix EMBASA® Tomato Sauce for Dressing, salt, pepper, garlic cloves, crushed chili, and green onion stalk in a bowl and combine perfectly. Set aside. Add a little oil to a sheet of aluminum foil, place the pineapple slices and the fish, season with salt and pepper, brush with the EMBASA® Tomato Sauce for Dressing mixture, and add the sliced green onions, then close the aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes or until well cooked.
