A delicious and fresh dish that you can enjoy during Lent. Fish in Papillote is very practical as it does not dirty the baking dish in which you bake it.
Mix in a deep bowl the olive oil, soy sauce, and orange and lemon juice. Add the garlic and ginger.
Grease the aluminum foil with a little olive oil and place a fish fillet on each sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
Place 2 slices of orange on each fillet.
Divide the ginger and oil mixture evenly over each fillet and close the aluminum foil by folding each side towards the center. Make sure it is well sealed so that the juices do not escape while cooking.
Place the fillets in aluminum foil in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the fillets from the oven and serve on a plate, opening the aluminum foil with a sharp knife to display the presentation.
