Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 white fish steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, (juice and zest)
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Mix the olive oil, soy sauce, and orange and lemon juice in a deep bowl. Add the garlic and ginger.
Grease the foil paper with a little olive oil and place a fish fillet on each paper. Season with salt and pepper.
Place 2 orange slices on each fillet.
Divide the ginger and oil mixture evenly over each fillet and close the foil by folding each side towards the center. Make sure it is tightly closed so that the juices do not come out when cooking.
Place the steaks in foil in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the steaks from the oven and serve on a plate, opening the foil with a sharp knife to show the presentation.
