Preparation
Preheats the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Mix olive oil, soy sauce and orange and lemon juice in a deep bowl. Add the garlic and the ginger.
Grease the foil with a little olive oil and place a fish fillet on each paper. Season with salt and pepper.
Place on each steak 2 slices of orange.
Divide the mixture of ginger and oil evenly over each fillet and close the aluminum foil folding on each side towards the center. Make sure it is tightly closed so that the juices do not come out when cooking.
Place the fillets in aluminum in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the fillets from the oven and serve on a plate by opening the foil with a sharp knife to show the presentation.
