Garlic-Braised Bass Tacos

  • 5 sea bass fillet
  • 1 kilo corn tortillas
  • 3 limes, (the juice)
  • 1 tub garlic marinated extra special
  • banana leaves, (as needed)

  • Heat a large iron skillet over medium heat, add the extra special garlic marinade and reduce slightly.
  • Add the bass fillets and cook until the fish is well done and the juice evaporates.
  • Using two forks, shred the fish while keeping the skillet over low heat, add the juice of the limes, turn off the heat, and let rest.
  • Heat the tortillas and make tacos, storing them one by one in a palm tortilla holder lined with banana leaves, cover, and serve as a snack.
