5 sea bass fillet
1 kilo corn tortillas
3 limes, (the juice)
1 tub garlic marinated extra special
banana leaves, (as needed)

Heat a large iron skillet over medium heat, add the extra special garlic marinade and reduce slightly.
Add the bass fillets and cook until the fish is well done and the juice evaporates.
Using two forks, shred the fish while keeping the skillet over low heat, add the juice of the limes, turn off the heat, and let rest.
Heat the tortillas and make tacos, storing them one by one in a palm tortilla holder lined with banana leaves, cover, and serve as a snack.
