vegetable oil, enough
1/2 kilos fish fillet
1 clove garlic

Beat 2 eggs.
Add 1/2 cup of water.
Mix and add 1 cup of flour and 1 tsp. of salt.
Add beating 1 tsp. of oil.
Pass 1/2 kg of fish fillets through this mixture.
Fry in hot oil and add 1/4 of a garlic clove.
Drain on absorbent paper.
