Fried fish

  • 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup flour
  • salt, to taste
  • vegetable oil, enough
  • 1/2 kilos fish fillet
  • 1 clove garlic

  • Beat 2 eggs.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water.
  • Mix and add 1 cup of flour and 1 tsp. of salt.
  • Add beating 1 tsp. of oil.
  • Pass 1/2 kg of fish fillets through this mixture.
  • Fry in hot oil and add 1/4 of a garlic clove.
  • Drain on absorbent paper.
