Pam® Olive, extra virgin olive oil spray
1 cup melon, diced
1 cup pineapple, diced
1 cup strawberries, finely chopped
1 cup blueberry, finely chopped
20 grams peppermint, chopped
500 grams medium-sized shrimp, pack
2 cups orange juice, natural
4 serrano chiles
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cups onion, finely chopped

Mix the already chopped fruits with the shrimp, chopped mint, spray with 2 shots of PAM® Olive, and set aside.
Blend the orange juice with the serrano chili, garlic, and add to the fruit mixture.
Incorporate the chopped onion, season with salt and pepper, and let it rest for a couple of hours.
