Pam® Olive, extra virgin olive oil in spray
1 cup melon, chopped into cubes
1 cup pineapple, chopped into cubes
1 cup strawberries, finely chopped
1 cup blueberry, finely chopped
20 grams peppermint, chopped
500 grams medium-sized shrimp, shoddy
2 cups orange juice, natural
4 serrano chiles
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cups onion, finely chopped

Mix the chopped fruits together with the shrimp, the minced mint, sprinkle with 2 shots of PAM® Oliva, and reserve.
Blend the orange juice with the serrano pepper, the garlic and add to the fruit mixture.
Add the chopped onion, season and let stand for a couple of hours.
