Ingredients

4 portions
  • Pam® Olive, extra virgin olive oil in spray
  • 1 cup melon, chopped into cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped into cubes
  • 1 cup strawberry, finely chopped
  • 1 cup blueberry, finely chopped
  • 20 grams peppermint, chopped
  • 500 grams medium shrimp, shoddy
  • 2 cups orange juice, natural
  • 4 serrano peppers
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cups onion, finely chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Mix the chopped fruits together with the shrimp, the minced mint, sprinkle with 2 shots of PAM® Oliva, and reserve.
Blend the orange juice with the serrano pepper, the garlic and add to the fruit mixture.
Add the chopped onion, season and let stand for a couple of hours.

PRESENTATION

Serve each portion with a shot of PAM® Oliva. Accompany with crackers and lemons.
