2 teaspoons margarine
4 fish fillets
2 cloves ground garlic
1 cup lime juice
150 grams baby carrot, cooked
1 teaspoon sugar
150 grams zucchini, cooked, thinly sliced
coarse salt, to taste
ground black peppers, to taste

Melt the margarine in a pan, add the garlic, cook for 3 minutes, and remove from heat.
Mix lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread the fillets with the previous mixture and form rolls, refrigerate for 2 hours.
Steam the rolls or cook them in a covered pan over low heat until cooked (8 min).
Prepare the sautéed carrots with margarine and sprinkle with sugar.
Serve the fillets with the glazed carrots and a bed of steamed zucchini.
