2 teaspoons margarine
4 fish fillets
2 cloves ground garlic
1 cup lime juice
150 grams baby carrot, cooked
1 teaspoon sugar
150 grams zucchini, cooked, finely sliced
coarse salt, to taste
ground black peppers, to taste

Melt the margarine in a pan, add the garlic, cook 3 minutes and remove from heat.
Mix the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Spread the fillets with the previous mixture and form rolls, reserve 2 hours in refrigeration.
Cook the rolls steamed or in a pan over low heat covered until cooked (8 min).
Prepare the sautéed carrots with the margarine and sprinkle the sugar.
Serve the steaks with the glazed carrots and a bed of steamed pumpkins.
