Garlic Fish Fillet

A delicious recipe for garlic fish fillet, great flavor for any day.

  • 2 teaspoons margarine
  • 4 fish fillets
  • 2 cloves ground garlic
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 150 grams baby carrot, cooked
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 150 grams zucchini, cooked, thinly sliced
  • coarse salt, to taste
  • ground black peppers, to taste

  • Melt the margarine in a pan, add the garlic, cook for 3 minutes, and remove from heat.
  • Mix lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the fillets with the previous mixture and form rolls, refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Steam the rolls or cook them in a covered pan over low heat until cooked (8 min).
  • Prepare the sautéed carrots with margarine and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Serve the fillets with the glazed carrots and a bed of steamed zucchini.
