Garlic Fish Fillet

A delicious recipe of garlic fish fillet, delicious flavor for any day.

  • 2 teaspoons margarine
  • 4 fish fillets
  • 2 cloves ground garlic
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 150 grams baby carrot, cooked
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 150 grams zucchini, cooked, finely sliced
  • coarse salt, to taste
  • ground black peppers, to taste

  • Melt the margarine in a pan, add the garlic, cook 3 minutes and remove from heat.
  • Mix the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Spread the fillets with the previous mixture and form rolls, reserve 2 hours in refrigeration.
  • Cook the rolls steamed or in a pan over low heat covered until cooked (8 min).
  • Prepare the sautéed carrots with the margarine and sprinkle the sugar.
  • Serve the steaks with the glazed carrots and a bed of steamed pumpkins.
