500 grams shrimp, packet or fish
4 tomatillos
1 red onion
3 serrano chiles
1 can pitted olives
1 Avocados from México, in cubes
1 bunch fresh cilantro
6 limes, (its juice)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Mix all the chopped ingredients.
Add olive oil.
Blend the cilantro (without the stems) with a little water.
Stir the lime juice with the cilantro and add to the mixture.
