Green Ceviche of Fish or Shrimp

  • 500 grams shrimp, packet or fish
  • 4 tomatillos
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 serrano chiles
  • 1 can pitted olives
  • 1 Avocados from México, in cubes
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 6 limes, (its juice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Mix all the chopped ingredients.
  • Add olive oil.
  • Blend the cilantro (without the stems) with a little water.
  • Stir the lime juice with the cilantro and add to the mixture.
