Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams shrimp, cheap or fish
  • 4 green tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 can pitted olive
  • 1 avocado from Mexico, in squares
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 6 lemons, (your juice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients that were chopped.
Add olive oil.
Blend the cilantro (without tail) with a little water.
Stir the lemon juice with the cilantro and add to the mixture.

TIPS

* EYE: DO NOT add the lemon juice until before serving, otherwise it will be bitter.
