Grilled Salmon with Rosemary

This salmon with salad makes a perfect meal, it's delicious.

  • 4 slices fresh salmon
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 garlic, shredded
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, chopped
  • 4 sprigs rosemary, for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons capers, for garnish

  • Preheat the oven grill and place the oven rack as high as possible. On a baking sheet, put aluminum foil, grease with oil, and place the fish slices.
  • Combine lemon, oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and chopped rosemary. Spread this mixture on the fish. Grill for 6 minutes or more as desired. Remove from the oven.
