This salmon with salad makes a perfect meal, it is delicious.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 slices of fresh salmon
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 garlic grated
  • 2 teaspoons of rosemary chopped
  • 4 branches of rosemary to decorate
  • 2 teaspoons of capers to decorate

    Preparation

    Heat the oven grill and put the oven rack as high as possible. In a baking tray put aluminum foil, grease with oil and put the slices of fish.
    Combine the lemon, oil, salt, pepper, garlic and chopped rosemary. Spread the fish with this. Grill for 6 minutes or more as desired. Take out of the oven.

    PRESENTATION

    To serve, put it on individual plates over a salad of lettuce with sliced ​​radishes, red onion slices and peppers. Finish by decorating the salmon with the rosemary branch and some capers.
