Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 slices fresh salmon
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 garlic, grated
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, chopped
  • 4 branches rosemary, to decorate
  • 2 teaspoons capers, to decorate

Preparation

Heat the oven grill and place the oven rack as high as possible. In a baking tray put aluminum foil, grease with oil and put the fish slices.
Combine the lemon, oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and chopped rosemary. Spread this on the fish. Roast for 6 minutes or more as desired. Take out of the oven.

PRESENTATION

To serve, place it in individual plates on top of a lettuce salad with sliced radishes, red onion slices and bell peppers. Finish by garnishing the salmon with the rosemary branch and some capers.

TIPS

It can also be cooked on the grill.
